About: The Ulster Hospital / Endoscopy Unit

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Appointment at Endoscopy for a polyp removal.

At every stage from signing in at reception to leaving post procedure, the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Everything was explained in full and care taken to ensure that I was comfortable and well informed.

First class service, absolutely nothing to complain about.
