"A breath of fresh air"

About: South Molton Hospital / Audiology

(as the patient),

I had a hearing test in August with Hayley at South Molton Hospital.I have been given hearing aids. Hayley was so patient and helpful and she made the appointment really enjoyable. I had dealt with a different  optician  years ago and was not given any choice or help. I feel it was very condescending and I feel an attempt to sell. 

Hayley was a breath of fresh air she explained everything to me. Thank you, Hayley.
