"I enjoy coming to the groups"

About: CGL Birmingham / Central & West Hub

(as a service user),

I enjoy coming to the groups and getting involved with conversations with other members of people who use these services, as they have come from the same walk of life as my own self.

I enjoyed eating the food, having lovely hot cups of tea, biscuits, cakes, etc.

I believe the service is awesome, and they should keep it as it is. I also got to rummage through all the clothing that they have to offer.

Dear aquilakx85

My name is Lydia and I am responsible for listening and responding to people's feedback.

Thank you so much for your lovely message. It’s great to hear that the small but significant gestures like a warm drink, a bite to eat, and access to clothing have made a difference during your time with us. We’re really glad you’ve benefited from them.

It’s also wonderful to hear how much you value the conversations and connections with others in recovery. I appreciate that shared experience and feeling understood by other who have been in similar situations can be incredibly helpful when striving for recovery.

I will make sure you feedback is shared with the team, and I am sure they will really appreciate your kinds words.

Thanks again for sharing.

Take care and best wishes for the future,

Lydia
