"I was made to feel so at ease"

About: Rapid Response Teams / Rapid response team Derry/ Londonderry

(as the patient),

What can I say, I was made to feel so at ease.

I am so grateful for these nurses. I had the best care ever. They made me feel so relaxed and less anxious.

Their care was 100% and they made a kind face to talk to if I was feeling anxious.

Always a smiling face when I arrived.

Always left feeling better. What more can you ask for.

I would just like to thank you all again from the bottom of my heart, you do a great job.

Thank you all
