About: Ainsdale Centre For Health and Wellbeing

(as the patient),

Booked into reception for a blood test, then waited 25 minutes after the appointment time without any advice from staff that delays were being experienced or a time when I could expect to be called for the test.

Left for another appointment without the blood test being performed. 

This is the second time this has happened to me with a pre-booked blood test.

We are expected to keep NHS appointments however this medical centre does not reciprocate by being on time or advising of delays.

Be careful .... get there early or risk disappointment.
