The doctor and nurse made me feel so comfortable. It was my first coil and they explained the full process from beginning to end. Checked on how I was feeling throughout and were just great actually.

I answer phone calls from patients, book their appointments, find answers to their questions through liaising with clinicians, welcome patients and help where necessary. Plus admin duties.
