"A mixed experience"

Due to fall risk, I started out with 4 care workers visiting me at home.

Cantley Grange Care Home

Last year. It has been a mixed experience. 

Some of the areas of concern have been:

- Bed not being made or changed

- Not always getting the care I should be getting 

- Some care workers ignore me (and it appears other residents as well) 

- Standard medication is generally administered timely but must wait for requests 

- Preferences given to some residents

The positives have been 

- Food is generally good and adequate

- Room is fair, but at times too hot 

- Laundry service is good with pleasant staff 

- Great cleaner and always pleasant - works hard

- Enjoy most of the activities especially karaoke
