"What a wonderful service"

About: Urgent Community Response / Bassetlaw Urgent Community Response Team

(as a service user),

I had a fall, I could not get up. I was lying on my back alone in the house, the community urgent response people arrived soon and pumped up machine.

What a wonderful service, I would like to have more about it would save ambulance time.

Care local services would be good and save some time at A&E.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. We're so glad the urgent response team was able to assist you quickly, and it’s great to hear the service made a real difference. Your suggestion to expand local care services is very valuable and could definitely help reduce pressure on ambulances and A&E.

Wishing you all the best in your recovery.
