"Helped to get myself back"

I would just like to say a massive thank-you for all the sessions with you.  You have helped me so, so much with everything, helping me feel so, so much more better in myself and how I feel about myself - massive positive!. For all your understanding when I was down you somehow manage to bring me up again and carry on my fight in myself. 

I feel in general I'm getting much stronger in myself, that I don't just bury my head in the sand when things go wrong in my life.  Ongoing work but I feel I'm slowly getting there. 

So once again thank you and for all the effort and time you put into me
