"Very friendly and helpful"

About: Royal Victoria Hospital / Endoscopy Unit

(as the patient),

The nurses are amazing, very friendly and helpful, there was one nurse who was by my side throughout my colonoscopy, I decided not to take any sedative or gas and air, and this nurse really helped me through this. The doctor was very good, didn't feel too much discomfort with the procedure.

Good morning snowng68,

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us feedback about your recent visit to RVH Endoscopy. We love to get feedback of all kinds to steer our Unit in the right direction. The team works really hard to care for and support every patient that comes our way, so it is lovely to hear when we get things right in providing great quality care. I will be sure to pass your kind words on to the team to encourage them to keep the positivity and support flowing. We are truly blessed with the team we have at the minute.

Thanks again for your kind words. May I wish you all the best for the future.

Kind regards

Heather
