"Support recieved"

About: Addiction services / Aspire Community Services

(as the patient),

I have been involved with Aspire Drug and Alcohol services for the last 12 months and have always felt supported with my treatment. I have received aftercare support when released from prison and discharged from hospital. My key worker has gone above and beyond completing home visits to offer support and check on my welfare. I would like to thank Phil, my key worker, for his continued support. Phil is easy to engage with and always makes sure a positive outcome is achieved in relation to my treatment. I have appreciated having a consistent key worker due to lack of friends or family support in Doncaster
