(as a service user),

I went to the family planning clinic in the Lisburn PCCC to have my coil removed and replaced. I was quite anxious due to the pain I remembered from last time I got a coil in. From start to finish Danielle and Emma made me feel comfortable, less anxious and explained everything so well. Even during the procedure, there was a little pain but because everything had been explained so well, I felt safe and knew what was happening at all times. Thank you so much for making this so comfortable and relieving any anxieties!
