"Still waiting after 1 month"

About: The Hoxton Surgery

(as the patient),

I asked for a simple letter confirmation (for the insurance) 5 weeks ago. It takes less than a minute (I even wrote it) and I am still waiting for it to be sent back. I have reminded them about 4 times. Not even sure if the deadline has passed by now and too late for it.
