Since I was introduced to the Community Respiratory Service
I have had several visits from the respiratory nurses.
On each visit they check my oxygen reading and if necessary do a blood gas check. Its not something I like but I have come to accept its part of my care.
I have also had a home pulmonary rehab which has given me the confidence to get moving and do a little exercise. Although the course is finished now. I am determined to hold on to what I have learned and continue to help myself live my best life with COPD.
I feel very lucky to have this great team just a phone call away. I would just like to express my gratitude to each and every team member.
Thank you
