My appointments and level of contact were always suitable and provided me with support when I was going through a tough time. I was pleased when my contact was reduced and it meant that I was doing better. I was always listened to by all of my workers and I now feel that I am on the correct path. 

I have managed to overcome my drug use which was causing me problems and I have realised that I want to save money and do more positive things with my time. My order has been a benefit to me and I am now looking after myself, my house and pets a lot better now. My young daughter was allowed to stay at my house for a sleepover last night, which is a big achievement considering where I was this time last year.
