(as a relative),

Mum fell and while we initially avoided contacting the ambulance her pain increased and she couldn’t walk or weightbear. 999 call handler was very kind and efficient. Ambulance arrived within half hour of call and the 3 team members were, professional , efficient and compassionate towards my mum who was in a distressed and anxious state. Thank you all very much

It was heartening to learn that the call handler was very kind and efficient and that the 3 team members were, professional, efficient and compassionate towards your mum. It means such a lot to our teams to hear that they have made a difference to those they care for and I am sure they will be delighted to hear your lovely words.
