(as a service user),

So after a few hours of pain and unable to pass urine, my daughter had to phone the ambulance as the pain was becoming unbearable.

The ambulance arrived so quickly and their care was excellent. I arrived in the ED at Ninewells and was taken care of by a clinician, Tracey a healthcare assistant and nurse Ciara. They all were so lovely, kind, professional and empathetic.

Thank you to everyone at the ED. You guys are brilliant at what you do!
