Dear Tetley,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your kind feedback following your overnight stay in Ward 56 at the Princess Royal Maternity Unit.

I’m so pleased to hear that your experience was a positive one and that you felt well cared for during your recovery from surgery. I will ensure that your lovely comments are shared with Emma – she will be delighted to know that her attentiveness and professionalism made a real difference to your stay.

We always strive to maintain high standards across all areas, so your feedback about the ward being spotless is also greatly appreciated. I’m sorry to hear the food didn’t quite meet your expectations, though I understand your appetite may have been affected post-surgery.

On behalf of the whole team, thank you again for your kind words. We wish you all the very best in your continued recovery.

Warm regards,

Nikki
