"huge difference"

Susan has made a huge difference to my wife.

I'm a carer for my wife who suffers from mental health illnesses. Its fair to say that we had issues with various issues and occasions with the service within Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and care.

However putting that aside as soon as we met Susan it was very clear just how professional and caring she is.

Nothing was too much trouble, she listened to both my wife, myself and my daughter and actioned everything that was agreed.

My wife's mental health was very poor at the start of the year, but Susan has been instrumental in her improvement.

My wife is now attending meetings with RASAC and thanks to Susan will also be attending further help via psychologists once this course has completed.

Susan has done everything she has promised, gained back our confidence in the system and greatly help my wife's mental health.

She is always there for us and her communication is excellent.

In short I can't thank her enough for the kind way she has helped our family.

I really do wish her the very best, and can't find enough praise for her.

She is an absolute credit to herself and the Service.
