"Accident and emergency"

I just wanted to write a care opinion to thank the staff that I saw in accident and emergency recently when I came in with my 2 year old. The ENP that I saw was so kind and helpful and the nurse from triage even came round to see how we were doing. Staff don't always get the recognition they deserve and there is always bad reports about the NHS but I can honestly we couldn't have asked for better care.
