Took my son to minor injuries after a traumatic accident at the park and everyone involved in his care from the receptionist to the nurses to the radiologist were absolutely amazing. He was quite unwell in the waiting room so we were taken straight through to a bed and he was given pain relief immediately. The radiologist was so good with him as he was in a lot of pain but she kept him distracted and was so patient. The nurse we seen after x-ray was also fantastic and done such a great job putting his cast and sling on. We were in and out within an hour and considering it was a Saturday I was very impressed! Thank you so much to everyone for looking after him so well!

I’m really sorry to hear about the accident that must have been a frightening moment for both of you. I’m so pleased to hear that our team was able to respond quickly and compassionately to support him.

It’s good to know that from the moment you arrived, every member of staff from the receptionist to the nurses and radiologist helped make a difficult situation more manageable. I’m especially glad to hear how well your son was cared for, with prompt pain relief, gentle distraction during his x-ray, and a well fitted cast and sling. Being seen and treated so efficiently on a busy Saturday is a testament to the dedication of our team.
