"Staff were patient and kind"

About: Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) / Plaster Room

(as a parent/guardian),

My son had surgery on his calf and was in a cast for 8 weeks. Both times he had to visit the plaster room at the Children's Hospital the staff were patient and kind put him at ease straight away and answered all his questions.

Dear eaglegj73

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your kind words about your son's experience in the plaster room at the Royal Hospital for Children. We're so pleased to hear that our staff were able to make him feel comfortable and supported during what can be a challenging time.

Your feedback means a great deal to the team, and I will ensure to pass it on to those involved in his care. It’s always encouraging to hear that our efforts to provide compassionate and patient-centred care are making a positive impact.

Wishing your son a continued smooth recovery.

Warmest wishes
