(as a service user),

I had blood taken at Station road GP by a CTAC nurse ( Rebecca ). Rebecca was kind , thoughtful , knowledgeable and professional . 

She was put me at ease and was very positive.

I am really pleased to hear that Rebecca, the Community Treatment and Care nurse in your GP Practice was able to put you at ease whilst taking blood and that you found her to be kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable and professional during your appointment
