"Supervision supportive in nature"

About: Justice Teams / Lanark Justice Team

(as a service user),

To begin with I did not really feel like I needed Supervision but now I have completed my order I have realised it has been a good benefit to me. I was able to offload within my appointments regarding my private ADHD diagnosis and my worker guided me towards other help in the community, such as the GP.

My Supervision appointments gave me a set routine, which helped and my worker was always flexible in her availability in relation to my varying shift patterns. Overall, I found my Supervision as being more supportive in nature than as a punishment.

I don't have any suggestions for changes or improvements that could be made.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback and experience with Lanark Justice Service. I am encouraged to hear of the positive experience that you have had so far whilst on Order. It it very important you feel you are listened to and helped by your supervising officer and any other staff involved and I am glad to hear that has been your experience thus far. I will ensure the Team are aware of your positive feedback, thank you again.
