"Outstanding care and professionalism"

I recently attended St John’s Hospital for an ultrasound scan following a referral from my doctor for menopausal bleeding. 

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation for the outstanding care and professionalism shown by Rachel  during my appointment. 

From the moment I arrived, she created a calm and reassuring environment, clearly explaining each step of the procedure, being very patient and putting me at ease. Her professionalism, expertise and gentle approach made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. It was clear that she is highly skilled and genuinely cares about patient well-being.

I left the appointment feeling well-informed and respected.  A true credit to the NHS!
