"Hospital staff support"

I recently went in for day surgery to the Vale of Leven Hospital. Everyone was so helpful -  from the surgeon and anaesthetist who both came and explained the procedures, to checking in with me after my operation, in addition all the nurse, support and administration staff.

The member of my family was unfortunately delayed in collecting me and they did everything to make me feel comfortable, everyone checked if I needed anything from offering, tea/coffee/juice/water to toast and blankets. Kirsty even managed to find me a charger when my phone was running out of charge. I can't thank them all enough.
