(as a parent/guardian),

My son attended paediatrics day unit ulster hospital Belfast for a procedure on his hand following an accident on our farm. He damaged a tendon on his finger & got if repaired in theatre.

Thank you for letting us know about your son's recent attendance for surgery. It is such a worrying time for parents when your child has to have surgery and we don't underestimate the effect this can have on the whole family.

I am so pleased to hear that your son's injury could be repaired and I trust that he is recovering well.
