(as the patient),

I had a consultation yesterday with Dr Forsyth at my GP surgery and I just wanted to say how at ease she made me feel and how I felt listened to. Her manner throughout the appt was so caring and she showed a genuine interest. She took time with me asking questions and at no point made me feel rushed. Going to the GP can sometimes be daunting but my experience today with Dr Forsyth was so positive. Dr Forsyth is a fantastic GP who really made a difference for me today. Thank you so much.

I am so pleased to hear that Dr Forsyth was so caring and showed a genuine interest.

Unfortunately, GP’s are independent contractors and are responsible for responding to any feedback or concerns a person may have about the service; they are not registered to respond directly through Care Opinion.
