"An unexpected situation"

I had a scan for a different issue. It picked up my coil was too far down .i called the centre to see if I could get an appointment to discuss this. I was called initially by a wonderful nurse - Amy. Who subsequently brought me in after our phone call and she chatted through all our options in depth with me.

I left feeling reassured.

The next day when it came to my appointment I was very unsure very worried and I rang up again . Within an hour Amy called me back again reassuring me and talking though my options again. I then saw Kate who was really good and helped me feel at ease.

This was a scary time for me but the amazingness of the staff made it feel like it was all okay. I cannot thank them enough.
