"She definitely went above and beyond"

I had already had to have one procedure which was done by Hannah and unfortunately the sample taken at the biopsy wasn’t big enough to show any results, therefore I had to visit the same ward at pilgrim hospital and was once again seen by Hannah and her team.

I cannot compliment Hannah enough on her treatment of me - her care, the way she took time to explain what was going to happen and the  time she took to get to know me - - she definitely went above and beyond. She also remembered me from my first visit which is always nice to know that they remember what you are going through.
