The care and treatment that not only myself, but my husband and two older children received whilst I was delivering our third baby from the staff in the labour ward was incredible.
A special thank you to Kerry-Anne, Lindsey and Amanda who made sure my preferences were considered and ensured that not only was I looked after, but my husband was too. Their gentle approach, explanations to what was going on and constant reassurance made the birth of our little boy even more special.
They made sure that our older children had the opportunity to meet their new sibling just after he was born and gave space for us to spend some precious time as a family in those early moments.
We are forever grateful for the support to bring our little boy safely into the world
