"I felt heard and reassured"

I attended my first neurology appointment with Dr Stewart in April 2025 at Arbroath Infirmary. The Doctor was very thorough; she listened well, did a small neurology exam and I had lots of bloods taken the same day along with a referral put in for an MRI of the head & neck.

My MRI appointment came through quickly the month after in May 2025. Dr Stewart and her secretary Lisa's communication was above excellent even when I was having issues receiving my post!

I was sent letters with updates of my blood test results as they were processed, my MRI results and a follow up appointment to see Dr Stewart in July 2025 where I was shown the results in person.

Despite not getting to the bottom of what's to blame for my symptoms I felt heard, reassured and have been given an open appointment to get in touch should things get worse. I never once felt like I was wasting anyone's time or that my worries were not valid. Thank you so much!
