"Amazing staff"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Gynaecology (Ward 32)

(as the patient),

I came into hospital having to have three blood transfusions due to ruptured cysts and having emergency surgery , all the doctors and nurses  and every member of staff were amazing and really lovely in ward 32  , especially Pam I don’t think she realises how amazing she is with people such a beautiful person inside and out and you can really see it and feel it , also Cheryl who make these places better to be in when times are difficult

Dear castorye58,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience following your recent admission to Ward 32. I’m so pleased to hear that you felt well cared for during what must have been a very distressing and difficult time.

It’s truly heart-warming to read your kind words about the team, and especially about Pam and Cheryl. I will ensure your feedback is shared with them personally, as well as with the wider team. Staff often don’t realise the difference they make – so your comments will mean a great deal.

We’re incredibly proud of our staff and the compassionate care they provide, and it’s lovely to know this was reflected in your experience.

Wishing you all the very best in your recovery, and thank you again for sharing your story.

Warm regards,

Nikki
