I came in to contact with Creado 2 years ago after having pneumonia and pleurisy.
After I was discharged from hospital, Creado came out every day for 2 weeks and then kept in touch by phone. They were brilliant, supported me and kept my spirits up.
This year, again, I had pneumonia and pleurisy and they have been coming out to support me.
Any problems I have they support me with and I cannot praise them enough.
