(as a service user),

A carer myself for many years and health care professional (retired) have now reached the point where I need a little help myself. 

Reluctant at first, being fiercely independent to get help I am now really pleased I did.

I was worried about losing my independence and being forced into getting things I wasn't happy about.

Pleasantly surprised!

I wasn't pushed into anything but rather discussed my problems of mobility and how I could be helped.

Very respectful and helpful throughout. Given links to other services too which I knew nothing about.

I provide efficient, effective, and confidential secretarial services within the Community sector. I undertake office duties including diary management, appointment booking, production of documents, typing/ audio typing and general administration support services. Working alongside UCR and Community Therapy which is a team of over 60 staff which I help assist.
