"I would definitely got lost if they hadn't been helpful"

The first invitation I received for assessment was cancelled, so I destroyed all the paper work I had received, thinking they would send it again if they wanted my attendance later. When I was called again 3 months later I had to phone to find out where to go, how to find the place and what would happen when I arrived since no new paperwork was sent. However the booking lady was very helpful on the phone. I would definitely got lost if she hadn't been helpful. 

I had thought I would have surgery so she explained this was just an assessment visit. 

I wish I had the paperwork for the second appointment.

After I arrived though everything was explained in detail and the whole visit was useful and a pleasure. There was a friendly welcome from all staff and plenty of opportunity for questions to be answered. Plus printed information given on leaving was excellent.
