"They were truly amazing"

About: Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

Recently I visited ENT in Exeter. I was ready for some awful news saying my ear drum had burst for a 3rd time. I was expecting to be told I needed a third surgery.

This was not the case. A lovely nurse practitioner named Eddie saw me. He gave me the great news about my ear being intact. Not only did he deliver this great news, he took his time when explaining everything and went into great detail ensuring I understood everything. When checking my ear, he even let my mum have a look and explained what she was looking at.

He is by far, the best practitioner I have seen in the ENT ward. Eddie was truly amazing!
