Food was very good!
Made changes to ensure I had something to eat (soft foods)
Staff were all very good! Were lovely
Cleaners were fab
Early morning wake ups were very early

I am very pleased to hear that you found that the food was very good and that we ensured that you had the types of food that you were able to eat. I will feedback to the nursing team and the cleaning team your praise. It is really appreciated!
We do try to wake people up at their preferred time and not to wake everyone up very early, and I am sorry that this was not your experience. I will share this with the team as a reminder that not everyone is an early riser.
