"Very approachable, kind, understanding, helping and resourceful"

Scarlet was an amazing person to work with, very approachable, kind, understanding, helping and resourceful. I don't have any negative feedback regarding Scarlet on what she could improve on. However I would appreciate it there could be shift work outside of 9-5. This is because I work a 9-5 job and having someone to talk to after 5 o'clock, such as between 6-7, would be very helpful. Scarlet however gave me reassurance around this coming issue and she supported me by texting during these hours. I found engaging with Health and Justice Outreach very helpful.
