(as the patient),

I just wanted to take the time to extend my grateful thanks to your NHS team, that includes all members of staff from the excellent surgeon, Mr Marinos, his immediate team and the nursing and auxiliary team beyond.

My treatment was very professional, competent and helpful and I was able to leave hospital early to this care.

My admission to the Hospital was not a planned event, more of an emergency so I am extremely happy with all aspects of my treatment.

Thank you please pass on my thanks to your team .
