"Very approachable and easy to talk to"

I was referred to health and justice outreach due to being depressed and mental health issues. I currently still do feel depressed. This was due to the death of my daughter. I found Scarlet to be very approachable and easy to talk to. She provided me with a list of contacts, help numbers and people to engage with for support with my mental health. However the NHS talking therapies services has stopped working with me. They did say they were going to refer me on but I've not heard anything. I have no other feedback for the service on what they could improve on.
