"She gave me good advice"

About: Children & Young People Physical Health / North Lincolnshire Health Visitors

(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter and I had our one year health visitor check with Carmen at the Barton Family Hub.

Carmen was polite and friendly, complementing my daughter's development often.

She also gave me good advice for feeding and drinking as I was giving her too much cows milk! We have no settled into a bedtime routine without it and has been a surprisingly quick and successful transition.

Thank you Carmen for your help and advice, we hope it’s you we see for our two and a half year check!

Hi Augustbabies24, I am Amber one of the Team Leaders within the 0-19(25 SEND) service. This is such lovely, valuable feedback! Thank you so much for taking time to write this feedback for Carmen, I will be sure to share this with her and I know she will also really appreciate your time here. I am so happy to hear that you have settled into a bedtime routine without the milk from the advice given, hopefully this has made bed time much easier! We all know how stressful this can be so well done to you for implementing this so quickly too by the sounds of things!! Have a lovely weekend, should you require any further support please do not hesitate to contact the service on 0800 0199951, thanks again, Amber.
