"Speedy diagnosis"

About: The Royal Victoria Infirmary / Accident & emergency

(as a relative),

Husband had horrendous neck and shoulder pain - no GP app available. After some hours went to A&E.

Two hours total time between triage/ECG/ x-ray/ diagnosis of muscle in spasm - prescription and departure. Seamless connected  pathway. Impressive. Faultless. Deserving of praise. The hospital is spotlessly clean/ has caring wonderful staff and the system works! Blueprint for the NHS
