"My home away from home"

About: Renal Medicine / Renal and Liver Transplant High Dependency Unit (Ward 215)

(as a service user),

Ah, my home away from home. This is probably my 3rd stay in this ward.

I really feel very well looked after by a fabulous group of people- nurses, doctors, health care workers, cleaners.

Everybody is so nice and nothing is too much trouble.

The physical environment is great too. The ward is well maintained. There are no facilities broken, left unfixed etc. Only thing I can think of which is an irritation is the hot water in the bathrooms. Takes ages to come thru and is a bit of a dribble.

The food is terrific. Tasty and arrives hot. I've been in a few hospitals now and none of them compare. Not within a country mile. Compliments to the chefs.

So there we go. All in all a terrific ward.

Thankyou for your care. It is hugely appreciated and my family is very thankful that I'm in a place where I can assured that I am safe and sound.
