Dear Foot123,

thank-you for taking the time to provide this positive feedback regarding your son's experience with Niamh within the Child and Adolescent mental Health Service.

I am pleased to hear that things have improved for him and that he continues to benefit from attending our service.

As a service we endeavour to support children, young people and their parents/carers in the ways you have outlined above such as being encouraging, listening and non-judgemental.

I will share your feedback with Niamh and the wider Team.

Best wishes,

Dr Jane McLaughlin
