"Thorough and detailed diagnostic report"

I am a mental health nurse and I have never seen such a thorough and detailed diagnostic report as the one written by Ayotunde.

He has included every detail that I provided about my daughter’s symptoms and completed the report within one day of our diagnostic feedback appointment.

During the assessment he was polite and professional towards both me and my daughter who is only 7.

I was concerned about going through the right to choose pathway as an NHS professional, however I feel that the assessment process was incredibly thorough and Ayotunde has made excellent recommendations which clearly detail the impact of a neurodevelopment disorder.

I want to say thank you to Ayotunde from the bottom of my heart. His excellent clinical skills will be life changing for us as a family.

I also want to say that all of the reception and admin team have been empathic, helpful and courteous, going above and beyond to answer any queries throughout, despite us not being private patients.
