"My skin procedure"

I recently had a skin excision with Jill and Gillian, and I can’t thank them enough. I was extremely nervous beforehand, especially because I have a strong fear of needles. Both Jill and Gillian were so kind, patient, and calming. They helped me feel comfortable and safe from the moment I walked in.

Even when I kept hesitating and delaying the start of the procedure, they never made me feel like a burden. They were so understanding and supportive. When Gillian gave me the local anaesthetic (the part I was most afraid of), I didn’t feel a thing she was incredibly gentle, and all my worries disappeared once I saw how skilled and caring she was.

I walked out of the clinic feeling happy, relieved, and genuinely grateful. I hope everyone is lucky enough to receive the same level of care and compassion that Jill and Gillian gave me.
