(as a service user),

I am terrified of needles and all things to do with them so was a nervous wreck when I attended Eddlewood vaccination clinic.

However, Rona was amazing and took her time with me and helped make sure I didn’t leave without getting vaccinated because she knew how important it was for me to get it.

She was caring, comforting and encouraging when I was upset beforehand due to my phobia.

We need more Rona’s in the world and she is a credit to the NHS.

Thank you Rona for putting up with me and making sure I was comfortable and supported throughout the process.
