About: New Victoria Hospital / Day surgery

(as the patient),

Attended and witnessed fabulous nursing care. Anaesthetist team listened to my previous experiences, made the journey perfect. Recovery nurse (forgot her name sorry) woke me up with my glasses, allowing me to see when I opened my eyes. That gesture spoke volumes. Staff nurse Diana for her thoughtful care, words and gestures, your kindness. Nursing care all outstanding. To David for carrying my bag to meeting the family. Absolutely outstanding. Thank you to you all. First class! Watch the post.
