"Impeccable Care"

We found ourselves having to visit FVRH Emergency Dept at around 2am with our baby who had a very high fever.

Upon arrival we were triaged by a very friendly Dr Lou who immediately came up with our next steps to get our little boy feeling back to himself.

While we were waiting to be seen by the Emergency Dept Dr Cameron, we had the pleasure of meeting 2 wonderful nurses Jade and Carla who done absolutely everything they could to make us feel comfortable in our very short wait time, Jade and Carla were thankfully able to get our little boy to take medication first time and his symptoms started to get better within about 30 minutes. 

Dr Cameron , just like his colleagues already mentioned, took every opportunity he could to make us feel welcomed and really helped settle any worries i had. 

We were able to go up to children’s ward at around 4am and then discharged 7am.

Overall the care we received at FVRH was absolutely amazing and i can’t fault any of the staff, our wait time was very short. We found Jade and Clara especially helpful and caring. We honestly had a truly amazing little team and i know all their other patients will feel just as we did.
